- Ward 4 City Council Member Muriel Bowser

- 4th District Police Captains Anthony Poteat (402) Teresa Weedon (401) and James Williams (403), PSA Lieutenants Ronald Thomas (401), Juan Espinal (402) and Kervin Johnson and James Cullen (403)

- Emeka Moneme, Director of DC Dept. of Transportation (60 minutes)

6. Discussion & Recommendation Vote: ANC 4B Standing Committees (20 minutes)

7. Community Concerns - Limit of 3 minutes per speaker (20 minutes)

9. Adoption of Meeting Minutes from 02/28/08 & 03/27/08 (5 minutes)

Meeting Rules

• The Meeting Agenda will be made public one week prior to the meeting.
• All cell phones & pagers to be switched to "silent" during the meeting.
• The chair will only call on constituents and Commissioners who have raised their hands and have been recognized by the chair.
• We will only address issues that are relevant to what is being discussed.
• We will set time limits for each speaker and subject matter.
• We will allow for one question and two follow-up questions during the Q&A period.
• Following presentations Commissioners will ask questions first, followed by the community.
• The Sergeant at Arms will monitor the time and push the agenda
